  1. At the end of the game - it will be considered the score is a tie and the black ball is brought back into play.


  2. In snooker you would lose 7 points for the foul

  3. at the end of the game, the foul would result in 7 penalty points and the score will be tied... black will still be in play so whoever makes it wins the frame.

    additional note: with only the black left and for the shooter to even commit a foul with, THAT IS JUST PLAIN STUPID.. would probably rank top-10 in snooker's greatest flops of all time!
