Sorry you are hundreds of miles out,  Alicante is on the Costa Blanca, Purto de la Duquesa is on the Costa del Sol about one hours drive from the International Airport of Malaga going west ,past Marbella and just before Gibraltar.Purto de la Duquesa is a very small, but nice port with bars and restaurants and golf not so far away, more for a holiday away from the large holiday touris towns.

No , Porta de la Duquesa is on the Costa del Sol and is not terribly far from Gibraltar .  Alicante is on the Costa Blanca a long way off to the north east.
