im going to be playing on a major league size field next year and i was wondering is it harder to pitch or will it still come out te same speed

  1. if its against major league pitching itll be much faster

    if you face major league hitters itll be much harder to pitch

    but the mound is the same distance as college


  2. It is harder because you are throwing longer distances and is harder to be accurate. But curveballs will drop more. It is easier to hit the ball because you can see it better.

    yes it does come out the same speed but takes longer to get there.


  3. Wel usually when you play on a major league size field, the distance between the mound and the plate is farther, so the speed will be recorded as slower since the pitcher has to throw a longer distance.

  4. Taller mound might actually help you if you are already pitching from major league distance.
