I so believe that the performance of a runner is affected by other competitors especially that which set the pace of the race?

  1. When you run with faster people your times tend to be faster.

    Just look at whats been happening in all the swimming events.  


  2. Yes, look in their eyes - if the pupils are wide open and they seem to be bouncing off the walls they are on speed.
