My friend and I are going to Disney and she lives in Florida. We were told by a Disney Rep that if she ordered the ticets and picked them up with her id we would get the FL resident discount. Does anyone know if this is correct? Can she buy 2 tickets with her one ID and then them not ID me. I specifically asked them if that would be a problem and she said tecnically they are allowed to bring guests in as long as the resident accompanies them and it is considered a gift? Does anyone have experience with purchasing an in state ticket for an out of state friend?

  1. TICKETMASTER.COM

  2. yes

  3. Yes, I've used the program many times for family and friends. The program, the same at Anaheim and Orlando, allows for a local resident to purchase up to 6 tickets at a discounted price. The caveat is that the resident must be present when the tickets are used (i.e. giving all six tickets to non-local guests).

  4. yeah your cool no worries mate
