  1. You got it. I see all of these questions about not having insurance and it amazes me. It is real simple a vehicle does not  move until it is insured and has a properly licensed driver. There are no exceptions or excuses  period. What is

    so hard to  understand.


  2. If you get stopped, yes.  If you choose to drive the car, it's up to you to see to it that it is insured.  That or carry your own insurance card and provide that as proof of insurance.
