In studies, between interest and opportunity, which one is more important?

my 1st choice in study field is biotechnology and my 2nd is medic. I had received an offer for medic in Russia. So should I take the offer or wait for biotechnology instead (which is not confirmed yet)

if u find urself comfertable in medic thn go 4 it,,bt thr is lot of risck involved in it,,cz u gonna spend lots of money on it,,my suggestion wud b  to wait 4 lil while 4 biotech n in mean while just investigate more abt medic,,,so u ll be preprd 4 both,,gud luck

hey, there. Can the medic offer wait? I mean, are you required to confirm if you accept the offer or not as soon as possible? If the medic offer can wait, I suggest you sit tight for your biotech result before you say yes. Or, you could also ask about your biotech application to end the wait.

Although most people work for a better income.. i personally feel that ure gonna work in a field that u determine now for a long time.. meaning id want to do something that i enjoy. U dont have to insist on going into that particular uni.. im sure if ure offered a course in medicine in russia (kursk by any chance), u must be quite outstanding in ur achievements.. thus, u shouldnt have any probs trying to apply getting into some place else for that course.. moreover, biotech is getting popular these days.. good pay too. thing is, its a future investment so sometimes its worth the risk. from you rquestion it seems to be obvious that if you wait for BIOTECH offer you may loose out on MEDIC if it is so then you should take the MEDIC and latter PURSUE BIOTECH

My passion is marketing and my second interest is finance ... i just said no to a job in finance which was a pretty amazing offer ... for me its simple .... if you truly love what you do you will definitely get an opportunity in it ... but remember, it might not be that great as the others but its the opportunity cost we all have to pay ...

it depends how you weigh your interests .. but make a wise decision because the initial opportunity might not be that great but you can excel in it because you love simply doing what u do ...

interest is important ,because opportunity you can get anywhere even abroad but we must first pay interest in our studies to get good and best opportunity.
