Union yes.

Lower taxes.

"God, blah blah blah, God... vote for me."

These things were all said by Obama, and only without the Kermit the Frog voice, and cringing face every time she lied.

  1. She had a list of accomplishments in her speech ... that was missing from Obama's.

  2. I normally cannot sit through a political speech but hers was good. My opinion would be that you didnt like it because you set your mind to hating it before you ever heard it- that called blind ideology.

It had substance-as much as a convention speech is going to- and it had style

PS: She doesnt sound like Kermit and she certainly isnt ugly

  3. You said it yourself - substance. Her speech had it & his didn't. Obama is no wizard , & that's what it's going to take to turn his words into the truth. Hope all you want , But you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. You people are just lying to yourselves & wishing for results - the blind leading the blind. Have a nice day!

  4. Senator Susan Collins (R-Maine) has a more impressive background than Palin and I figured he didn't consider her for VP because of her terrible speaking voice. After last night it's clear speaking voice wasn't the issue.

  5. You answer lies within your question...substance. With Obama there was none.
