In super mario 64 ds how do you free wario?

With Luigi in Mirror Room, hop into Wario's Painting and Defeat the Giant Ice Bully.

You need to have unlocked Luigi

Go onto the third floor, in the mirror room

Get the power flower

Go through the mirrors and jump into Wario's picture

You can only do this with Luigi :)

And then go defeat the Giant Ice Bully
