I am the woman and I am Leo sun/Sag moon/Aquarius Rising on 08/22/77 @ 7:13 pm. The guy is Gemini on 06/13/77 but I don't know his birth time so I don't know his rising or moon or any of that.....

The moon person is the person whose moon is aspected by the other persons planets. It can be either the man or woman.

For instance if your moon is conjunct his sun you would be the moon person in this instance. He could also be the moon person at the same time with a different aspect interpretation say if his moon opposed your mercury for example
