  1. It is a scratch.

    Only if he scratches on the 8 ball.

    Only where a scratch = loss.

    other wise no. You put your Q ball back on the D-) as you would do on a scratch.

    Scratch= miss

  3. no.  It is considered a scratch.  Same result if one would put the que ball in a pocket.

  6. No you loose your shot and have to pay a dollar to the table owner .

  7. That is your miscue and embarrassing as well.... but only a scratch,  and your opponent can then play his next shot as in a cueball made into pocket 'scratch' ..good luck!
