  1. Nope.

The citation is an 'information' and can be modified in court by the officer.

Take responsibility for your own actions and quit blaming others.

  2. 50/50! Cops lie all the time and even ticket cars before the meter expires so it comes down to a personal decision. Most citations are the cities way of fleecing the public so the answer is really all about you.

  3. I am sure you can not. the officer has other info on you. so you can't go in and say that was not me. i do not drive that kind of car.

  4. It is usually corrected in court.   He also recorded your license plate # and your drivers license #, which is still enough to charge you with whatever infraction you committed.

  5. The possibility always exists.  It will be up to the Judge.

  6. Look out the window.  Tell me the make, model and year of the first car you see.  If they pulled you over and handed you a ticket, the vehicle doesn't matter.
