For example, if I buy a pair of Ronix bindings over the internet, can I be sure that they will fit into my Hyperlite board?

so, will all bindings fit into every board, as if there was a universal thing to mark where the s***w holes are placed?

  1. For the most part all bindings in the wakeboard industry fit on other brands boards.  The only exceptions are 2006 Slingshot boards have a different hole pattern on their boards and bindings although you can buy an adapter to put their bindings on another board, any year of the Hyperlite Roam board might need different bolts, but they are included when you buy the board, and one more exception is if you are putting newer bindings on any older board you may need to buy a longer/shorter bolt, but you can just get one at any hardware store.  Besides these exceptions any board/binding combination should work, especially if you are buying boards/bindings made within the last 2-3 years.

  2. I have a pair of Liquid Force Alpha's on a CWB and put Ronix One bindings on a Liquid Force Watson to demo.  While not all will be interchangeable, there are quite a few that will be.  Good luck.

  3. I dont know if they will fit every bord but you can always ask before you buy.  I have a pair of double up on a gator board.  call the place or the person selling them and ask if it will match up, or you can ask them if you can try them and if they dont fit can you return them for no charge, sometimes it works. good luck

  4. No, not all bindings have the same hole pattern.  You can get lucky, but its not standard.  My I suggest Ronix or Liquid Force.
