  1. See Michael B, AND know that they'll occasionally "mark" where your tires sit, and after a few days, will sticker your windshield with a notice of intent to tow, then tow it. They'll tow it right now, for being on a road, if tags are expired/missing, etc.


  2. Yes. If it is in a no parking lane or a fire lane.  In some areas, if a car does not move for a week they put a note on it asking it be moved (even if only a few feet) to show it is not abandoned.  if they think it is abandoned, it gets towed!
