  1. You can get a girl pregnant at anytime.  Period, no period, some ovulate early, some don't.  There is no "off" time in reality.  Logically on a science video that is based off of the "average statistic", sure... but no.  A lot of us become pregnant during all different times of our cycle.


  2. No, because the time of ovulation ( AKA the time she could get pregnant) is calculated as roughly 12-14 days after the FIRST day of her period. So say her period lasted 4-6 days, and then add another 7 days on top of that....that's pretty much the optimal time for her to conceive. And even if she hadn't ovulated yet, sperm can live for up to 3 days after s*x, so you could still get her pregnant for the next three days.

    Bottom line, use contraception and you won't have to worry about all of this complicated timing.
