In the 80's or 90's there was a "Water diet" Doctor: Does anyone know his name?

Or that of his murderess? I think he and his "girlfriend" were murdered by his wife, who was a principal of a school in New Rochelle. I'm not sure of the details, but am just looking for either of their names.

Are you referring to the Scarsdale Diet Doctor - Herman Tarnower and his mistress Jean Harris?? Harris was headmistress of the Madeira school.
