In the All-Star race what would happened if KaseyKahne finished 3?

n the All-Star race what would happened if KaseyKahne finished 3 in the votes but Elliott Sadler and Robby Gordon still crashed?

What if the sky had fallen?  What if it had rained and they had to call the race?  I don't do what might have been.  We've got Charlotte coming up this week time to move on.

Your car has to be able to race. Kasey could have been 3 laps down, and still running and still would be eligible to transfer. Elliot and Robby had more votes than Kasey, but since their cars were not able to race, they didn't get the transfer. Kasey was the next guy that had the highest in votes, and a car that could run.

If Elliott Sadler and Robby Gordon both had more votes than Kasey, then Kasey would've still gotten the fan vote because the other 2 wouldn't have finished on the lead lap. You have to finish on the lead lap to transfer.

Your car has to be race ready and the highest in the fan vote with a car that can run in the race would transfer.
