Well the person's actual name is Zachary Smith and he is suffering from multiple personality disorder but at this stage only has 3 separate identities but he is as we speak, branching out (as I am psychic I know that his next ID will be female and she will be "Zenaofthefarcountry")

and the answer to your question is yes as he has used z in both Yahoo I.D's here and that is a dead giveaway.
