In the Bush/Gore 2000 election, does anyone recall if only Pres. votes were unclear? Were local, US Congress?

it seems to me like the local elections weren't close enough to question, but that there were inconsistencies between the local candidates and the national ticket.

I don't recall, not having been particularly active politically, then.

However, I think the recount was only for the President.
