In the Centreville map, there was a picture of Franklin the children's cartoon character, what is that?

I went to Centre Island with my family yesterday and there was a picture of Franklin the children's cartoon/book character on our map. What is in that area? We didn't go that far into the park so we missed it. Also, when going towards that area, is there anyway to not pass through the clothing optional beach to get there?

This is for the Franklin Children's Garden, which is a lovely area of paths, gardens and ponds geared towards children. It is only a 5 minute walk from Centreville and a nice place to chill out after the rides. The Clothing optional beach is way far off at Hanlan's Point, way at the other end of the islands. You have to really go out of your way to get there.
