In the Game Max Payne 1, Where we can get MP5 gun?

I am using Original Max Payne Game CD...

I browsed for the cheat codes, In that I saw MP5 gun but I haven't seen one in the Game....

Is MP5 gun is in Max Payne 1

Where can I get MP5 gun in the game?

But in the Max Payne 2 : The fall of Max, I got MP5 in that....

You will get it somewhere in the lavel "Raghna rock"..You need it or ur sure  DEAD.

I am sure that there is no MP5 in Max 1.........

Use the cheats. Thats where u'll get it. Even in the first level itself.
