  1. Been to Grand Cayman 7 times.  Never been to Brac or Little Cayman.  Don't really now much about the local dishes.  There are many great restaurants though.  The seafood is great.  The Cracked Conch,  Lone Star,  The Reef Grill,  The Wharf,  and a Burger King with a beautiful view from the parking lot.

  2. I have been to both Grand Cayman & Cayman Brac. Loved them both because they were so different from each other.  GC is very commercial & touristy & has a lot of different places to visit.  The Brac is very quiet & relaxing & it does have the infamous brown boobie birds.  The snorkeling was fantastic & the people on both islands couldn't of been any nicer to us!!!!! You can find just about any kind of food on GC & the Brac has some good restaurants also.

  3. Grand Cayman is the one everyone goes to. Little Cayman is enchanting and home to the red footed booby, but after you have exclaimed how enchanting it is, you have seen the place. Nearby Cayman Brac is much the same (without the boobies).  Grand Cayman has plenty to see: the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park, the Turtle Farm, the strangely named h**l with its sharp black rocks, Stingray City, the Seven Mile Beach and many other things, and a huge variety of restaurants. It does not have an indigenous cuisine and perhaps the most authentic food of its kind is jerk chicken and pork (which is Jamaican) and conch (pronounced conk).
