I am flying multiple airlines on an upcoming trip. I fly into LGA on US Airways, and depart on my connecting flight through United Airlines. My layover is 1.5 hours - will I have enough time to catch my connecting flight? How far away are the terminals? Thanks!!

  1. idk

  2. I think those 2 are in the same terminal, but LGA is huge and actually consists of 8 different buildings. but that should be enough time if your flight is on time.

  3. You'll definitely make your connecting flight, no doubts about it. As long as the inbound flight isn't significantly delayed you should have no problems.

    Check that out.

  4. You'll be fine. US Airways has their own terminal near the east end of the airport, while United is in the main central terminal.

Sometimes there's a connecting bus that leaves near gate 3 in the US terminal. If there is, take it because that avoids having to go through security again.

Failing that, go out front to the bus stop and take the free interterminal bus. Or if it's a nice day and you don't have much luggage, walk. Just turn right and head down the sidewalk the same way that traffic is going, past a couple of hangars to the central terminal. It's a five minute walk. United is in concourse C in the central terminal, well marked and easy to find.
