In the Movie 'I AM LEGEND' Did 'Frank' the dummy slightly move his head? ?

I bought the DVD and watched recently, and I am almost certain that Frank moved his head when Neville saw him on the street for the first time. If you notice very closely, it appears that Frank moves his head ever so slight from right to left. If this is the case, do you think the director did so to imply the Neville was losing his sanity, or to simply tease people like myself. Opinions? Thoughts?

yes, i think it is because he was slightly going insane you know from only having a dog to talk to ! lol but just like in castaway, tom hanks was talking to wilson and really thought the ball was talking back!
