What does cólera mean?

I know the rest translates as "Love in Times of..."

Cholera.  It´s a disease carried by flies and other vermin.  It´s even pronounced almost the same.

Cholera is a severe disease, people gets it from contaminated water or food and lacks of hygiene. In the past, there was no cure for Cholera, but now days, there is medication to control and prevent it.
