In the Picture of Dorian Gray, where does the point of view change?

i read that book a few months ago, so i've forgotten some, but i'd say maybe when dorian starts to plan things to make sure that no one discovers all th horrible things he's done. like when he places that portrait in the room and makes sure that no one can see it.
