In the Shoe in BlackJack do the shuffle all 6 or however many decks they are using together?

Most 6 deck shoes have a shuffle that mixes the cards well and is quickly done.

Usually they are separated into more than one stack, the dealer will take one pile at a time and shuffle it together until all the stacks are done.

There are also automatic card shuffler machines, I don't know how they work inside.
