In the Sims 2 (Mac), how do I force a mother Sim to have twins?

I have no expansion packs, and "forcetwins", "twinzr2cute" don't work. Please tell me all the steps if it is possible!!!!!

said mod from the  first awnser work son the macintosh version of the game too  

in fact al custom content  created for the sims 2  works  on  either version of the game they  are platform agnostic  (  ie  not windows or macintosh  bound )  

to  enable custom content unpack it using stuffit  unarchiver or unrarx or equivalent

go  to  documents  > eagames> the sims2

and create a download folder if its not there yet  (  with a cpaital  D )

place the contents of the unpacked folder in the download folder and it should show up in the game then

the sims 2 base game and university do not  read sub folders  

so  you need to copy  the contents of every  custom content folder to  the  download folderotherwise the game wil not be able to see them
