  1. Daylight savings time..means that the clocks are set 1 hour ahead.....and then back 1 hour for standard time.

  3. Yes--- the saying goes "SPRING forward;  FALL back"--- meaning in spring set your watch FORWARD 1 hour, and in FALL set your watch BACK 1 hour.
