  1. No, it's not legal to sell a baby

    But

    You can get expense

Rent, Medical, Food, are some expense

    That's mostly private adoption

You can contact an adoption lawyer in your state to see what they can pay

  2. Paid...... no.....

But in some situations it will be worked out that the adoptive family will be willing to pay for the mothers medical costs and prenatal care.

Having babies to make money is illegal.

  3. No, unless it is a private adoption using an attorney. Then there may be a clause in the contract that specifically lists what will be paid - for expenses only - medical, living expenses, etc. It is illegal to 'sell' a baby.

  4. It actually depends on what kind of legal terms are agreed to between the families and the lawyers.  Sometimes, the mother will want compensation or medical paid for.

  5. No, you can't turn a profit by selling your babies.  However the biological mom can get medical bills paid that deal with the pregnancy.

A mother who agrees to adopt out their baby for a profit is actually committing a criminal offense.  I have no one source but you can check it out on a state by state basis.  I just know this to be true.

  6. No. It's illegal to buy babies.

In private adoptions the adoptive family will often pay the woman's legitimate medical and legal expenses. (Usually the money is put in an escrow account, so if the birth  mom changes her mind, she doesn't get the money.)

  7. NO this is illegal

  8. No. My sister gave a child up for adoption 15 years ago. She did not get paid. almost 2 years ago, the same sister lost 2 other children through abandonment (my parents now have them), she did not get paid for them either.
