  1. Go to the registry Office of the district and ask for a copy of the death certificate, there is a fee to pay, it will say on there the cause of death, but sometimes it is in medical terminology, but it will tell you.

  2. UK answer.

The only way of finding the information is from the death certificate, unless you can get the information from the family. You can get the certificate from the register office where the life event was registered  really quickly, if you get it from the GRO then it takes about a week.

  3. Go to your nearest City Hall.

  4. You would have to obtain a copy of the death certificate. You can order one online from http://www.gro.gov.uk

  5. Then you can easily purchase a copy of the birth cert. In the uk it's about £7 for each certificate you require.

  6. The Death Certificate will show this and if you go through the first link below, you should be able to order a copy online from the General Register Office (now part of the Identity and Passport Service).  This is from another site: '........... death records usually provide marital status, cause of death ..................'  The second site may be useful if you need more information regarding the record in order to apply online.  Good luck!

  7. if you know the area they lived then look up the local register office on the web

  8. Registrar of births, marriages and deaths.
