  1. Yes you can if it's yours. You have to apply to the Data Protection Office at your local Police Headquarters


  2. If you go to your forces website you should find information under the data protection or freedom of information act.

    You will need to search for what is called a "subject access" form to fill out or similar which allows you to request information held by the police on yourself.

    You cannot request information on another person because it would clash with Data protection
