  1. Genius, east is still east no matter where you are except possibly in your world.

  2. No, directions are absolute. This means North is always North no matter where you are. And, facing north, West is always to the left, and East is always to the right.

    Hope this helps!

  3. ...if you're facing north east is always to your right.  Always.

China isn't on some magical mirror world, they're just on the other side of a sphere.  Their side is just like ours and has all the same rules

  4. East is always east and always to the right when facing north. From China's perspective, however, *we* are in the Far East.

Other perspectives change when you move between northern and southern hemispheres, however. Our northern constellations are upside-down when seen from south of the equator, and the sun is in the northern (instead of southern) sky so it looks like it's going the wrong way across the sky. It's still going from east to west, but east to west from the south is right to left instead of left to right - simply because we are turned around when looking at the sun.

  5. No matter where you are in the world if you are facing North East will be to your right.

  6. Yeah Cory and Matty is correct.  Just look at a flatten map of the world and try to check the location of China if what's on the right and left.
