Yes we do know what rugby is. In  fact yesterday I saw a rugby  game going on at a collage.

What is your point? Yes we do know what Rugby is and there are plenty of people who play it, mainly at the college and club level.

h**l yeah we know what rugby is- i've been playing for nearly 15 years!  We just happen to have a nation that isnt behind the sport.  We've got too much other stuff like american football going on.  We'll get there tho.  My city won't even allow our rugby teams a field to rent for practice.  We have to squat in a tiny spot in a park and fight off tiny tot soccer players.  in the winter we plan on parking our cars around so we can have lights.  Just about every large enough city has at least one mens and womens team and the highschools are starting to play rugby too.  its defintiely gaining popularity.  its not on TV unless you have direcTV and a special setanta channel tho and that s a major issue.  Most colleges have rugby teams and thats where many people are introduced to it.
