  1. Not until the public schools of England emerged to teach how too read, write and basic mathematics to enable a better trained workforce to progress into the industrial revolution of prosperity.

    Religion was kept separate under English Lay as you had referred it to the Westminster System which is a terminology reserved for Government and opposition forming democracy for the people by the people.


  2. Yes, because it was the age of reason and they didn't feel the need to believe everything that the church told them.
