In the act of bioterrorism can the CDC force someone to get a vaccine?

I am doing a report for school and can't find the answer to this question anywhere! Also can someone legally refuse the vaccine?

  1. Well, you can get quarantined and can only leave quarantine if you are treated.

    You can refuse the vaccine, but you may not be released from quarantined.

    Public schools require vaccinations, private schools may not....and employers assume.

  3. You cannot be forced to be vaccinated.

    However, if they believe you are a threat, they may hospitalize or quarantine you until the dangerous period has passed.
