    for most mommals, females are wayyy more selective

  3. While some species mate for life, generally, I think the male is not selective.  Most animals react to natural impulses.  They don't have those human attributes of thinking through a selection process.

  4. Depends on the species, sometimes the male is even more selective than the female.  

    Another strange fact, in seahorses, it is the male that carries the children !

  5. When having a chat to my animal friends the guys usually say looks are important.  My bird friends like a lady with a good beak and so on.  So yes they are picky, but not after a few drinks.

  6. nope , its in the nature of the gender to spead the seed as much as possible not mattering who it is given too
