In the begining of the Dark Night batman movie how did the jokers men get to the top get to the bank.?

in the begining of the dark night how did they get to the top of the bank. like when t show all thoes glass windows. They break one out asnd then the shoot that thng to the top of the bank. and you see the rope fly. What is this called...how does this work. I want one.....

I'm guessing they went into the bank as normal people, then got to the top (via stairs/elevator) then put on the masks =D
