In the birth chart do you know how to activate your 10th house?

I have a big cluster of planets in my 10th house, which is success, what you will be 'famous for'. I'm constantly overwhelmed by my talents and am not using them well. I end up falling into depression, negative thoughts and mild self harm, feeling useless and hopeless. Venus, Mercury, Neptune, The Sun are in there. Jupiter is on the cusp in the 11th house. How do I get them to work together to be the successful powerhouse I'm meant to be? Instead of going in circles, banging my head against the wall tortured, lonely artist? I'm a scorpio sun, leo moon, cap. rising. Thank you!!!
