In other words, betting the table minimum, say $5, and doubling up (roughly) each time you lose (i.e. $5, $10, $25, $50, $100, $200, $400, $800, $1600, $3200) until a field number shows. Once a field number shows, you switch back to betting the table minimum ($5).
I realize that this method of play requires a rather large bank roll in order to stay alive during the inevitable down times, but if you can float the cash (and have a strong stomach) isn't there a good chance you will come out ahead assuming that a 5, 6, 7 or 8 isn't rolled ten consecutive times?
Any thoughts? Thanks
