I think you are referring to eye floaters. Go see a doctor if it happens alot.

does it go away after a bit then follow with a headache?  could be a migraine.

If you have blurry vision and a bad headache its a migraine.

Does it happen constantly or only when you move your eye?  If it only happens when you move your eye it is probably just a floater, which is perfectly normal.

It's perfectly normal some people have it and others don't. I have it too and I know other people who do.
