Don't people have an idea what this means ? It means if you are suffering heart pain you wait your turn ,a litlle over ,but you get my point right ?

  1. If the county is willing to pay for it, he should get it on the local ballot.

    I think everyone wants better heath care (or free anything) if they don't pay for it.
