  1. I'm going to try and answer your other questions here too.  Yes, you would eat the same on a workout day as on a rest day.  I think you are taking in too many carbohydrates and fats with that plan.

If you want to lose maximum fat you should aim for a high-protein diet, low in carbohydrates and fat.  If you eat 220 grams of protein you will gain muscle, since the protein will be replenishing and rebuilding your muscles from working out, the fat will not be affected much by protein.  Fat is reduced through a low-calorie, clean diet.  Protein will only cause you to gain some fat if the sources of protein you are taking in have lots of calories.

Like I suggested before, I think this would be a good diet plan for you:

    Breakfast:

Instant oatmeal (complex carbs), 1 egg (protein), Glass of orange juice with pulp

    Snack:

Apple (fiber, and a low-calorie snack) with 2 tablespoons of all natural peanut butter (protein)

    Lunch:

Salad topped with lean meat, poultry, or seafood (protein)

    Snack:

    Lean Chicken (protein)

    Dinner:

    Poultry/Steamed Veggies (protein, various nutrients)

    Snack:

    Cottage Cheese/Fat-free Yogurt (protein, pro-biotics)

That's a low-calorie diet, high in protein, low in carbohydrates, with barely any fats.  If you want, you can take an omega-3 pill/soft-chew.  Carbohydrates are very important when bulking, but when cutting, they get in the way for reducing fat.  '

Carbs are the primary source of energy, by reducing your carb intake, your body will be able to start using fats as a source of energy more quickly.  Carbohydrates also very easily turn into fat, when bulking, that's a different story.

A cutting phase causes you to burn fat off and tone, not gain muscle, that is impossible with a deficit of calories.

    Best of luck!
