  1. I never remember McDonald's serving ravioli, but alot of restaurants do test things in certain markets. For example in Evansville IN, McDonalds tried a Diner where you could be waited on my servers, my roommates are from there and they told me they did have a large menu so there is a chance that they did serve it. Unfortunally the McDonalds did not last long and now is back to serving just fries and burgers, if I was you I would go to McDonalds.com and ask under the contact us section.
