  1. I think what you mean is perhaps harvesting tritium from sea water, the top layer has abundance of it, then to be utilized for fusion and thus the nuclear energy. Well we have too much research being done in that area, positivity yes---but unfortunately too expensive right now and too remote for being available to us in the immediate future. However, we must not ignore it but explore it further.

    p.s. May be you hurriedly phrased the question that is something to take care before someone can miss an opportunity to reply even if they have the knowledge.
