Why can't you build houses/motels on Waterworks or on the Electric Company. I know a monopoly when I see one.

what's keeping you frommaking your own rules?

some people "bend" the rules and put the tax money in a pot for free parking, why not make your own rule for houses on utilities?

because its not real estate. thats just u paying your utilities. monopoly is when u own more than one property and utilities are not property. you don't own electricity or water, it's supplied for everyone.

th waterworks and the electric company is for a utility not a home or property they are utilities that is why you cant buy or build hotels or town homes on them!
