In the gameboy advance game pokemon fire red, WHERE can i find the HMs??

i've earned several badges but i still can't find ANY of the HMS :[

do you know of a website i can go to that will explain where they are?

Cut: While in S.S. Anne, you must go to the Captain's room and cure him with a back rub I believe.

Fly: You have to cut the bush that blocks the way to the house on Route 17. After that, you talk to the girl inside the house.

Surf: You will have to carefully make your way to the "Hidden" house in the northwest part of the Safari Zone. It's best to minimize your steps by walking slowly and not making wrong turns.

Strength: You have to find the old man's false teeth, which is in the Safari Zone. I believe it could be in the same area as the HM Surf.

Flash: One of Professor Oak's aides will give you the HM once you have 20 Pokemon caught in your Pokedex. He is in a house/building before entering Viridian Forest.

Rock Smash: You just have to talk to the man in the spa on the first island of the Sevii Islands.

Waterfall: On the fourth island, it'll be in the Icefall Cave. Note: you will have to have captured 60 Pokemon (evolving them counts) and then you must beat the Elite Four and the Champion to get to this island.
