  1. Push up underneath one of his elbows

  2. learn the muay thai clinche, grab the back off your opponents head with both hands and pull his/her head to your chest, clamping the neck/jaw with your forearms and knee c**p out of them, whilst twisting and jerking the head up, down, left and righthttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m0Zq_LvHX...

    one example, hope it helps

  3. point one arm (say right) to the sky. rotate left bring the arm down over the wrists, breaks free, grab the other's right wrist, rotate back facing forward, rotate the wrist clockwise and push down to their feet. There are many...many more, this one's just easy

  4. If you are on your back with the opponent in your guard (grapple hold?) then you are in a superior position.... or at least a position with a lot of options.

If they have their arms straight to hold your shoulders you can always go for an arm bar.

If you want to take a full mount, you can swing your hips up and to one side (lets say left) placing your right foot on the opponents hip to keep them from passing your guard. Next, slide that right foot down and push their knee back straightening the opponent's leg while at the same time swinging your left leg and rolling the opponent to your right. Use your own grip on their shoulders to push over with your left and pull down on your right. You will likely have to trap their left arm with your right so they will not be able to stabilize.

    Hope this helps.

  5. There are two very different basic techniques:

    1. Break free (this allows both of you the freedom to engage further.)

How you break free depends on the specifics of the hold.

    2. Entrap your opponent's arm in an elbow lock until s/he submits.

This immediately ends the encounter (provided you do it correctly.)
