i have herd people talk about souse and commis chef but have no idea who's at the top or bottom or if i have spelt them correctly

  1. Chef de cuisine= he's in charged of running the kitchen

    Sous chef =second in charge

    Chef de partie= in charge of his section. saucier.entre,dessert

    Demi chef= asssisting the demi chef

    commis chef= first year after being qualified

    guy that washes dishes

    guy that cuts vegetables

    guy that cuts meat

    and the floor sweeper
