In the middle of loft conversion, currently only have 1 tv being fed from aerial , how can i feed 3 more tvs

fitted 2. Y piece splitters but lost some signel stregnth.would a 4 way splitter hold the signal better. would prefer not to use mains power to amplify

There is also a thing called a "distribution amp" - It will split the signal and amplify it.  It will have one input from the aerial and multiple outputs for each TV:
